Taking too long to retrieve or lost luggage?

In case it is taking too long to retrieve your luggage or it’s been lost by the airline company ,please let us know so the driver can keep waiting for you, send us a WhatsApp message.

What´s the cancellation policy?

We do not charge anything upfront so there isn’t any charge for cancelling your reservation, if you pay in advance via PayPal or credit card then we’ll refund the total amount except the processing fees. In case you may need to cancel your reservation please let us know at least a day or two in advance by email or WhatsApp message mentioning your reservation code.

Where do I expect to meet the driver at Lima airport domestic arrivals?

The drivers wait at Lima airport domestic terminal holding a sign with your name in the arrival hall – right next to Dunkin donuts kiosk located near exit door #12.

How much is a taxi from Lima airport to Miraflores?

The fare from Lima airport to Miraflores is $18 dollars or S/.60 Peruvian soles in a sedan vehicle. The fare is payable directly to your driver in either currency, whichever is more convenient for you or in advance via PayPal. Book now!

What time should I state in my airport pickup reservation?

For airport pickups please state your exact flight arrival time, do not add any additional waiting time, etc to avoid confusion sometimes with dates specially with those flights arriving at around midnight.

I haven’t received my booking confirmation

We usually reply within an hour or two your booking. If you don’t receive our response please check you spam folder. If you don’t receive your confirmation at all please submit your request again and if possible with another email address, sometimes our replies bounce back because the email address is wrong or user doesn’t exist.

We are 4 passengers with luggage, is a sedan OK?

Yes,it is but if you have light luggage or backpacks. If you have medium to large luggage then a van vehicle is advisable.

Is possible a taxi from hotel to Callao cruise port?

Sure it’s possible. Please just fill our online reservation form and we will confirm your booking right away!

Lima airport to bus station?

We provide taxi service from Lima airport to all bus stations, especially Cruz del Sur and Oltursa, the most common use bus companies for tourists.

Can you also pick me up from my hotel to the airport?

Yes, we also provide taxi transfers from your hotel in Lima or Cusco to the airport.

I have a long layover at the airport, do you offer city tours?

Can I pay in US dollars or Peruvian soles?

You can pay the fare in either currency,US dollars or Peruvian soles are OK.

How far in advance should I book my transfer?

You can book your taxi at any time and we will reply with a message. For hotel pick ups please allow at least 24 hours in advance.

Is the listed price per vehicle or per passenger?

The listed fare is per vehicle not per passenger. You do not pay extra fees, the fare is all inclusive.

Is a sedan vehicle suitable for 4 passengers?

A sedan vehicle is suitable for up to 4 passengers with light luggage or backpacks, otherwise a van vehicle is advisable.

My flight’s been delayed…will you be waiting for me?

Sure we will. We monitor your flight for early arrival or delay, however, if you change flight number you need to contact us either by phone, email or whatsapp.

Can I stop at Cusco hotel to drop some luggage off before heading to Ollantaytambo?

Sure you can stop by your hotel to leave your luggage and then go to Ollantaytambo. Please include this request in the online form text box.

Taxi with stops along the way to Ollantaytambo?

We provide a very affordable taxi tour from Cusco to Ollantaytambo with stops in Chincheros, Maras salt mines, and Moray terraces.
