I haven’t received my booking confirmation
We usually reply within an hour or two your booking. If you don’t receive our response please check you spam folder. If you don’t receive your confirmation at all please submit your request again and if possible with another email address, sometimes our replies bounce back because the email address is wrong or user doesn’t exist. If you do not submit the required information or there are any missing required fields then we won’t be able to confirm your reservation.
What´s the cancellation policy?
We do not charge anything upfront so there isn’t any charge for cancelling your reservation, if you pay in advance via PayPal or credit card then we’ll refund the total amount except the processing fees. In case you may need to cancel your reservation please let us know at least a day or two in advance by email or WhatsApp message mentioning your reservation code.

Can I buy a SIM card at Lima airport?
Yes, you can buy a SIM card at Lima Airport. However, there are only two options, and they are both more expensive than buying a SIM card outside of the airport.
Option 1: Claro shop in the arrival hall
This shop is located between luggage belt 1 and 2, just before you exit the baggage collection hall. The cheapest SIM card they sell costs S/. 80.00 (Peruvian soles), which is equivalent to about US$20. This SIM card comes with a very small amount of data and credit, so you will need to top it up if you want to use it for more than a few days.
Option 2: PeruSIM shop in the arrival hall
This shop is located next to the official airport bus and taxi companies. The cheapest SIM card they sell costs S/. 100.00, which is equivalent to about US$25. This SIM card comes with more data and credit than the Claro SIM card, but it is still more expensive than buying a SIM card outside of the airport.
If you are looking for the best deal on a SIM card, it is best to wait until you get out of the airport. There are many Claro, Movistar, and Entel stores in Lima where you can buy a SIM card for much cheaper. For example, you can buy a Claro SIM card with 4GB of data for S/. 10.00 (about US$2.50).
Here are some tips for buying a SIM card in Peru:
- Make sure to bring your passport with you. You will need to show it when you purchase a SIM card.
- Ask about the different plans and prices available. There are many different plans to choose from, so you should be able to find one that fits your needs and budget.
